DE = Deutschland, the American Abbriveation for Germany. Atleast thats what I learned somewhere through school!

And it is a shame what they did, even when I looked in the booklet every single word except maybe 2 sentences are xxxxxxxx I was like :rolling: What a bunch of Jerks.
